Shipping

We use UPS as our shipping partner. Please see bellow for a general delivery time. The shipping cost is based on the destination, weight and volume of the parcel and will be calculated automatically. A general estimate is 10-30 euros within EU for Standard delivery (excluding  Switzerland and Norway).  The delivery time depends on the shipping destination and you will see the estimated delivery date at checkout. Deliveries are made between Monday to Friday during regular business hours.

UPS Standard - 2-7 business day (within the EU)

UPS Express Saver - 1-2 business days (not all items are eligible for this service)
UPS Expedited - 1-2 weeks (for international orders)

If you happen to be in our local area, you can also arrange to pick up your item from our böja design studio in Stockholm.

Return Policy

In case you want to return your product please contact info@bojadesign.se as we do not accept returns without prior written communication. Please let us know the reason for your return along with your order number and contact details to arrange a return. You as the consumer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, this will be a money back guarantee period only if the goods are retuned in an unchanged condition and in its original undamaged resealable packaging. For this reason, please unpack the item carefully and use only to the extent to be able to judge if you wish to keep or return the item. All shipping costs, duties and taxes on purchases, returns and exchanges will be the responsibility of the original purchaser and will not be refunded. We recommend that all return shipments are insured.
 
Note that all returns will be against a return charge of 10% of the total purchase value as an admin and re-stoking fee.

Damaged goods

In the case that you receive your items with a technical fault or damage, please email us at info@bojadesign.se within 3 days of delivery and attach clear pictures of the item and its package. We will process your claim, and you will be contacted about the exchange or return as soon as possible. For any faults that develop beyond the 14 day period, we ask that you inform us of the fault to help you resolve it as we won’t accept returns for ‘change of mind’ beyond this period. 

Note that all returns must be returned in its original packaging and will be against a return charge of 10% of the total purchase value. We reserve the right to delay a refund until we have received the item or you have been able to prove that the item has been returned to us.

The product must not have been used. It is therefore important that you open your package carefully. Items purchased on sale are non refundable.
